What a great post--funny and inspiring at the same time. I love the Dalai Lama and wrote a post called "Happiness" not too long ago, in which I talked about the book he wrote (with Howard Cutler) called "The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living." That book saved my life during a very tough year at grad school.
